PARK ROW-PHASE II

Three buildings totaling 47,845 SF located on the Beltway, just east of Antoine. More information here >

AMTTECH

This 31,000-SF structure, which has been creatively designed to serve several purposes. The exterior is tilt-wall with extensive glass; the office is structural steel with bar joists; and the building’s crane-served shop has a standing-seam roof. The interior includes a machinery showroom and features upscale finishes. More information here >

WESTBOROUGH BUSINESS PARK – Bldg. 4

The final addition to Westborough Business Park, this 31,800-SF building features a tilt-wall-and-glass exterior with structural steel and bar-joist framing, and a gravel roof. More information here >

LEGACY PARK

Another design of TNRG Designs, Legacy Park incorporates pre-engineered buildings, glass, synthetic stone, EIFS wall finishes and cornice, as well as distinctive tile accents. The project was completed in November 2006. More information here>

DESIGN CENTER-HOUSTON

This sophisticated 130,000-SF office/showroom/warehouse shell by TNRG Designs was completed in May 2006. It features a tilt-wall-and-glass exterior with structural steel and bar-joist framing, and a gravel roof. Synthetic-stone and EIFS cornices give it a substantial presence. More information here >

PARK ROW

GRA-Gulf Coast completed these three shell buildings by TNRG Designs in June 2006. They’re located just off Highway 6 and I-10 and offer 43,000 SF of space. Each building’s exterior is tilt-wall construction with glass, and has a pre-engineered roof system. More information here >

PISC INTERNATIONAL

Clean, contemporary lines define this 10,000-SF design/build project by TNRG Designs for an oilfield supply company. Completed in March 2006, the tilt-wall-and-glass office/warehouse space has a pre-engineered roof system. More information here >

SYSTEL

TNRG Designs was the architect for this two-story Design/Build, 28,000-SF tilt-wall construction completed by GRA-Gulf Coast in November 2003. The building features structural steel, bar joists, and a gravel roof, as well as being 100% sprinklered. Offices make up 25% of the space, with another 50% comprised of a climate-controlled assembly area for this computer and electronics manufacturer. More information here >

STAFFORD BUSINESS PARK

GRA-Gulf Coast completed this classic tilt-wall-and-glass-exterior multi-tenant service center in June 2000. Designed by Robert Hooper, the building has structural steel, bar-joist framing and a gravel roof. More information here >

WESTBELT PARK

Robert Hooper incorporated plenty of windows into his design of this 98,000-SF tilt-wall project to be used as a design center for multiple tenants. GRA-Gulf Coast Construction completed the shell, which features structural steel and bar-joist framing and a gravel roof, in May 2000. More information here >
