Hill & Frank Architects designed this two-story, multi-tenant office project completed in November 2005. The 26,000 SF-building is structural steel and masonry with extensive glass fronts and a modified bituminous roof. GRA-Gulf Coast handled all construction, which included sophisticated mechanical work as well as the interior finishing for the public area.
