In January 2006, GRA-Gulf Coast completed construction of this commanding two-story, tilt-wall-and-glass, pre-engineered shell building by TNRG Designs, along with the owners’ office suites. Hill & Frank Architects designed this two-story, multi-tenant office project completed in November 2005. The 26,000 SF-building is structural steel and masonry with extensive glass fronts and a modified bituminous roof.
