SPIR STAR
Milton Architects designed this impressive facility for a high-pressure hose manufacturer. Completed by GRA-Gulf Coast Construction in September 2006. The exterior is tilt wall and glass; the roof system is pre-engineered. Enhancements include an extruded-aluminum porte-cochere and solar shades along with high-end interior finishes. NORTH AMERICAN GALVANIZING CO.
Designed by Milton Architects, here’s a prime example of the depth of GRA-Gulf Coast Construction experience. This 86,000-SF heavy-industrial facility includes pre-engineered buildings and incorporates complex embellishments designed to meet the specific needs of North American Galvanizing Company. The project required multiple cranes and extensive specialty-concrete work to create containment pits, trenches, equipment pads, and cantilevered floors, in addition to a sandblast and paint area.
